Roof Survey
We use state of the art airborne camera platforms to provide detailed still images and aerial assessment videos for homeowners. Our customers benefit from being able to see the condition of their roof for themselves without the need for ladders and scaffolding.
For added peace of mind, because we are holders of the CAA PfCO accreditation we are authorised by the UK-CAA to undertake Commercial Operations, for which we carry comprehensive insurance including public liability cover.
Roof Survey
Our survey includes still pictures of the whole roof including tiling, cement works, facias, soffits, ridge, guttering and internal felt (if requested). You will be shown your images on the day of the survey and advised if any works are required to maintain the roof of your property. The works will be segmented into short, medium to long-term based on how urgent they are. The drone can provide high resolution still images and video formats from HDTV to 4K and even 5.2K Cinema-DNG and these are all supported by a selection of prime and zoom lenses.
You will be shown your roofing images. If you would like a hard copy of the images, they can be provided on a USB stick. Please contact us for a residential survey quotation.
