Re-Roofing

“I had purchased a new property, and the soffits and fascia repairs were highlighted in the survey. I contacted several contractors for proposals on the initial job of roofline refurbishment. Lee Moran sent over a clear and detailed quotation giving a complete breakdown of the repairs.

Firstly, soffits and fascias were all capped, and repairs were made to the main roof tiles. This also involved new lead flashings on the lower roof. 

Several months later, Moran Roofing returned to renew the roof tile coverings including a new valley gutter, flashings around chimney and installed new loft insulation. 

Works ran well; Moran Roofing coordinated the extra services required including the skip, scaffolding etc. They kept me up to date with any delays to the works schedule. Once the project began, the team explained their progress daily, and they were happy to show me the works completed. I was extremely pleased with the high level of customer service provided.
